Refund policy

At Rainbow Threads, we understand that plans and crafting projects can sometimes change. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unwanted items to us within 28 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 working days.

Please note that the original delivery charge is non-refundable.
